THEN, IT'S TIME FOR PROJECT KICK-OFF

In one 3-hour call (or two 90-minute calls), we’ll walk through your existing processes and determine what stays, what needs refining, and what should be added.

We’ll decide what can be automated and where a human touch needs to be inserted.

Lastly, we’ll gather all the assets needed to get started (think branding info, images, content, etc...)

NOW FOR THE BUILD

Over the next four to six weeks, I’ll create the custom CRM, intake forms, landing pages, messages, and automated workflows that power your client journey.

Weekly check-in calls will ensure that you’re always in the loop and we stay aligned every step of the way.

REFINE, TEST, AND LAUNCH

Once the first version is built, we’ll walk through it together, make adjustments, and test every touchpoint. You’ll also get the tools and resources you need to confidently use your new system.

THE FULL PROCESS USUALLY TAKES ABOUT THREE MONTHS

Depending on your availability for feedback and review, we may move faster—but three months from kickoff to launch is the average timeline.

THE DETAILS

A full build is three payments of $2,000, and includes: 
  • custom CRM to capture the data specific to your needs
  • SMS messaging setup
  • up to 8 landing pages
  • up to 5 intake forms/questionnaires
  • up to 20 email or text messages
  • up to 5 intake or event-based email automations
  • referral program

Website, membership site, course, blog page or subscription plans are charged separately.
